Tournament Registration
Monday - June 2nd, 2025. Beverly Golf and Tennis - 134 McKay St, Beverly, MA 01915
Shotgun Tee Time is at 10:00 a.m. with registration starting at 9am. The cost is $125.00 per player. The event will be a scramble format with prizes, raffles, and top team awards. The proceeds of this event will be put towards indoor training rental fees, uniforms, field wind screens, baseballs, and practice equipment.

Please enter information for each golfer in your group. You can register 1 to 4 golfers. If you have less than a full 4 player team, we will contact you to pair other players to fill out your full 4 player team.
Make a payment for your golf team / individual golfers. Be sure to select the number of golfers you are paying for below. When you check out, please indicate the players in your group so we can be sure to account for the registration payments.
BHS Baseball Boosters is a non-profit and fundraising team. Please note we want to provide the best convenience with online payments, but will require collecting the small processing fee we are charged for the service. This ensures 100% of the funds raised are used, and costs for processing online payments do not take away from contribution.
